The Taylor Swift Experience, an exhibit highlighting the career of the seven-time Grammy winner, will remain at the Los Angeles museum through Oct. 4. It initially was scheduled to close May 10.
The exhibit's overwhelming popularity has helped increase the museum's year-to-date attendance 35% in the first quarter of 2015, with last month being the busiest March in its six-year history.
"We're excited to continue to showcase Taylor's impressive timeline of success," says Bob Santelli, the Grammy Museum's executive director, "especially as we welcome her back to Staples Center, at our home, L.A. Live, this August, for her sold-out The 1989 World Tour."
Swift's 1989 World Tour is slated to begin May 5 in Tokyo, with its first U.S. date taking place in Bossier City, La., May 20. She will play five nights at Staples Center between Aug. 21 and 26.
